I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

Today went pretty much as expected. I cut out a few calories because of not working out on Sunday. Tomorrow I will do 2 workouts!
