I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

12/12/12 !!!!!!
Today was a very successful day. This morning I did 30 min Cardio (18% incline treadmill) 25 min upper body weights. This evening I did 55 min on the treadmill. 25 min HIIT and 30 min 18-21% walking.
