Today went great. I lifted legs and Shoulders this am and did a HIIT Training circuit in the afternoon. I did fairly well with my diet but should have eaten more consistently throughout the day. I also did not drink near enough water.

12 Weeks ago I started a 12 week Challenge with some friends, It was a way for us to motivate each other to work hard through the holidays. My goals were to loose minimum of 20lbs and 5% body fat! Here are the final results!

week update
I have not done well at posting this week. We were without internet last weekend when we moved and since we got it back on Tuesday I have been busy doing other things. I did really well this week both working out and eating. My biggest problem this week was having a few days I didn't eat enough but I did eat healthy.

I did work on my water consumption this week and did do much better but still have room for improvement. I still have a lot of work to do at our house but this week should be somewhat back to normal with most the packing undone (especially kitchen and food items). I plan on keeping up with the intensity of our workouts! I will be getting my Body Fat done later today, I will add it to this post later.

1/23
Today went really good. I did really well on my diet! Workouts were great this morning I did Legs, Arms and abs and tried to really push the weight and reps. This afternoon we did a circuit called "the gauntlet" It was a HIIT type workout that included, jump rope, lateral jumps, Mountain climbers and a few other things. Each one 30-45 seconds and then a 30-45 second break. We went through that 5 times and then we did Ladders and sprints on the basketball court. It was really intense but definitely worth it!

Wow it has been awhile, we moved from our apartment into a house on Saturday, last week I was busy doing that, I worked out really hard, but needed to be better on my diet. I am not sure if it was stress related but I was up about a pound up from where I was last week. This week I am going to kill it.
Yesterday 1/21 I lifted legs and arms in the morning with 30 min Cardio, and 45 min HIIT Cardio in the evening. I was super busy during the day over at our apartment trying to clean, I didn't really eat until in the evening and only had about 1000 calories.
Today- I did Chest, back and shoulders today. I intended to go to spin this evening at 5:30, but conflicts with work and babysitting made me unable to go. I should have gone in this evening, but I have so much to do and I really feel that I accomplished a lot including making some of the meals for the week.

Today went pretty good. I lifted weights this morning abs, back and chest. This evening I did 35 min on the bike and a 20 min HIIT session with the jump rope. Food wise I did pretty good. I need to cook my food for the week today, So I can stay on track this week.

Week Update: 1/7 to 1/13
This week went pretty good! Workouts were awesome and much more intense then they had been in the past. I have started doing some jump rope circuits with Todd which really kick my butt!!! Diet wise I also feel I did really good this week. I was under my calories everyday this week except my free day. I know I can always improve but I feel good about what I accomplished this week. 2 weeks left for the Challenge with Taysha!. Here is a rundown of this week:

Honestly this week has been a little rough on the emotional level. I had someone ask me how I felt about myself and what I had accomplished. I know I have accomplished a lot and I have totally physically changed from the person I was. However I realized I need to work more at feeling better about myself. I don't know if that makes sense but it is really different when you change from being a fat person to a fit person. Sometimes I still feel like I am that fat person I used to be, I am not where I want to be and number wise I still am considered obese but I have changed my life. I have changed so many habits to make me a healthy person. I guess I just came to realize this week that weight loss is both a physical and emotional change. I have done really well with the physical aspects but I have yet to really tap into the emotional aspects of my weight and weight loss. One thing I do know is I don't want to feel like the fat kid the rest of my life.

Saturday 1/5- Today was my free day, I did a great 2 hour workout this morning with my friend, Abs and lower body weights. Then bike 35 min, Stair stepper 10 min and a mini circuit, high knees and Russian twists. (Wow I am so sore!)

Today was a really good day diet and fitness wise! I woke up early this morning and did a 75 min full abs, Chest, Tri's, and back workout with a friend. Then after work we did 40 min uphill walking on the treadmills (22% incline) and about a 20 min Circuit of Jump ropes, side steps and squat jumps. (which was really crazy intense!)

Today was a good day! I worked out twice and followed my diet 100% (which kinda sucked since I have oreo's in the kitchen taunting me.) This morning I did 30 min Cardio and 30 min Lower Body Weights with Zoey. This afternoon I did 55 min of Cardio with my gym boys!

1/1/13!!!
Well Today was an ok Day, I am going to be starting a new diet this week, I should get it tomorrow, so I will be starting Thursday. We will see if that helps me a little more. I need to do better eating regularly.
I only got in a 30 min Cardio workout today. I was at work til 230 and Kids club was closed to I only had a few min to get a workout in. Tomorrow I will be doing weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoon.

New Years Resolutions!
A NEW YEAR AND A NEW ME!
So currently my weight is: 180.4
I have a hard time saying I want to be a specific weight, so this is something I am going to take month by month. By Feb 1st I want to be 170!
Currently Body Fat is 28.4%
Goal Achieve 15% to 18%!
My Selfish Goal: Look good in a bikini!
I am not one that has ever really wanted to wear one and I really feel a lot of women who wear them don't really rock them, But I want to rock it! (I already have a few of the raw materials others lack..) One of the things I always said is I really want one really good picture of my abs, so I want to feel comfortable enough with my self and my body to feel sexy in a bikini IN PUBLIC. (it is easy to feel that way in a dressing room but how many of us can feel that way in public, well I think that's a good goal that will really make me learn to love my body!)
Pull ups: I have yet to actually really do a pull up, But I will work on that this year! By the end of the year I want to be able to do Pull ups! (we will see how this goes)
I am going to commit now to work out 6 days a week and follow my weekly diet!
I really wanted to set up a few more goals so if you have any ideas let me know! It is great to have things I can document or track!
