Today was a good day! Zoey and I worked out this morning doing upper body weights and 30 min cardio. Then this afternoon I did 30 min treadmill incline 21%. And about 25 min of HIIT circuit with Jump ropes.
Total Calories burned: 1400
Total Calories Consumed: 1450
I did fairly well with water consumption today. I just need to keep that up!
