1/4

Today was a really good day diet and fitness wise! I woke up early this morning and did a 75 min full abs, Chest, Tri's, and back workout with a friend. Then after work we did 40 min uphill walking on the treadmills (22% incline) and about a 20 min Circuit of Jump ropes, side steps and squat jumps. (which was really crazy intense!)


Calories burned: 1550
Calories Consumed: 1500

I realized when I got home and was logging the rest of my calories I was pretty low for the amount of working out I did, But I was not hungry and didn't want to binge on food just to get calories in.
