1/16

Today went pretty well I should have done better eating more regularly but I did make good choices. Workouts today went well, I did 30 min bike plus, chest, back and shoulders with Zoey this AM and 35 min Uphill walking (21%incline) and a jump rope HIIT circuit tonight. I also did well with drinking water!
