Well Today was an ok Day, I am going to be starting a new diet this week, I should get it tomorrow, so I will be starting Thursday. We will see if that helps me a little more. I need to do better eating regularly.
I only got in a 30 min Cardio workout today. I was at work til 230 and Kids club was closed to I only had a few min to get a workout in. Tomorrow I will be doing weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoon.
