1/8

Today was a successful day.  I worked out this morning with a friend doing Abs, shoulders and legs. Then tonight I went to my spin class. I did well eating my diet plan and did fairly well with water consumption, I should have had more but I forgot my water bottle when I went to spin. I will work on that tomorrow.
