Today went really good. I did really well on my diet! Workouts were great this morning I did Legs, Arms and abs and tried to really push the weight and reps. This afternoon we did a circuit called "the gauntlet" It was a HIIT type workout that included, jump rope, lateral jumps, Mountain climbers and a few other things. Each one 30-45 seconds and then a 30-45 second break. We went through that 5 times and then we did Ladders and sprints on the basketball court. It was really intense but definitely worth it!

I have not been doing as well with water consumption so I do want to kick that up a notch!
