Saturday 1/5- Today was my free day, I did a great 2 hour workout this morning with my friend, Abs and lower body weights. Then bike 35 min, Stair stepper 10 min and a mini circuit, high knees and Russian twists. (Wow I am so sore!)

Sunday 1/6- No workout today, I have done well with my diet.

Total calories consumed: 1200 (a little less since I am not working out today)
