1/15

Today was a great day. I did abs, leg and arm weights this Am and Spin this PM (my legs are so sore!!!!)
I did fairly well with my diet. I did have some sweets tonight which added a few more calories than I had planned.

Total Calories Burned: 1500
Total Calories Consumed: 1650

I did well on water intake today. Tomorrow I will be 100% on my diet!
