I only have about 3 weeks left of my 12 week challenge with my friend, and next week I will be starting the Golds Gym 12 Week Challenge. So far I have done fairly well, I just want to kill it these last 3 weeks!
This week I did awesome on my diet and working out! Here is what it looked like!
Monday: Total Calories burned: 500
Total Calories consumed: ? less than 2000 (new years eve didn't track)
Tuesday: Total Calories burned: 300
Total Calories Consumed: 1400
Wednesday: Total Calories burned: 1100
Total calories consumed: 1400
Thursday: Total Calories burned: 385
Total Calories Consumed: 1400
Friday: Total Calories Burned: 1550
Total Calories consumed: 1500
Saturday: Total Calories Burned: 1300
Total Calories Consumed: 1850
Sunday: No Workout
Total Calories Consumed:1200
So now that I am reviewing that I am realizing the first part of the week wasn't really that great workout wise. However I think my diet made up for that.
Starting weight: 180.4
Ending weight: 177.6
Total weight loss:-2.8lbs!!!
Body Fat currently at 28.4% as of 12/31
