Today went pretty good. I lifted weights this morning abs, back and chest. This evening I did 35 min on the bike and a 20 min HIIT session with the jump rope. Food wise I did pretty good. I need to cook my food for the week today, So I can stay on track this week.

I did fairly well with water intake today however my protein was a little low, Tomorrow I will kick it up!
