1/2/13

Today was a good day! I worked out twice and followed my diet 100% (which kinda sucked since I have oreo's in the kitchen taunting me.) This morning I did 30 min Cardio and 30 min Lower Body Weights with Zoey. This afternoon I did 55 min of Cardio with my gym boys!

Total Calories Burned: 1100
Total Calories Consumed: 1400

I did well today drinking water but could improve tomorrow I will work on that, workout twice and follow my diet 100%!
