I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

I didn't workout today since it was Sunday, I didn't do the best following my diet. I kept calories how I should but could have done a lot better. we are back on tomorrow!
