Week 3 Review

For Thanksgiving week, I really didn't do too bad. I did some great workouts this week!

Monday: Total Calories burned: 1000+
              Total Calories consumed: 1500
Tuesday: Total Calories burned: 1450
              Total Calories Consumed: 1640
Wednesday: Total Calories burned: 450
              Total calories consumed: 1600
Thursday: No Workout!
              Total Calories Consumed: 2000
Friday: Total Calories Burned: 1000
            Total Calories consumed: 1600
Saturday: Total Calories Burned: 1000+
            Total Calories Consumed: 1800
Sunday: No Workout
            Total Calories Consumed: 1170

Starting weight: 188.9
Ending weight:  187.8
Total weight loss: -1.1lbs

 I did body fat today. The numbers seemed a bit off, possibly from being a little dehydrated. I know I shouldn't have lost the muscle mass that it showed. I will check it again in 3 weeks but for now: 30.1% so down 1% in 3 weeks.

This week: I will be good on my diet! I figure if I have 3 really strict weeks, then I can relax a little through the holidays when I am down with family.
