This week went fairly well considering we were all sick.

Wednesday: No Workout home sick with the flu

Thursday: No Workout was busy at work and still lightheaded and recovering

Friday: Total Calories burned: about 700
Total calories today: 1450
Saturday: Calories burned: 600
Total Calories: 1600
Sunday: no workout
Total Calories: 1400
Starting weight: 194.8
Ending weight: 191.2
Total weight loss: -3.6lbs
This coming week I want to kick up my workouts. I didn't work out that much last week since we were sick and I want to make our workouts really count! Tioni has not slept well this weekend but I would still like to get good cardio workouts in the morning!
