I did well today, I didn't go to the gym at 5 even though I was awake with the baby (because she was awake all night) However I did go do 50 min Cardio at about 9 and then did weights this evening with Elaine and Abs at home.
Workouts: 25 min Treadmill (walking 18% incline for 15 min and about 10 min of 6% incline @ 6mph)
60 min weights with Elaine
Total Calories burned: About 900
I did fairly well with food today. I should have eaten more for lunch but just didn't think about eating. I will do better tomorrow!
Total Calories: 1350
