Today was a good day. I didn't go to the gym this morning, instead I planned to go in between my appointments for a quick weight workout. I did about 35 min of upper body weights, when Todd showed up and decided we were going to do HIIT training. SO I did 35 min of Weights and then 50 min of Cardio (25 min of HIIT and 30 min of basic Cardio.

Total Calories consumed: 1514
I did better at drinking water today! I will still try to improve tomorrow!
