Today was a pretty good day, I worked-out for almost 3 hours. This morning I did 45 min Cardio (hiit training @ 6% incline and 18 % incline) and about a 15 min Ab workout.
Tonight I did 45 min Lower body and chest weights and 60 min cardio (30 min treadmill 18% and 30 min on the bike.
Total Calories burned: 1300+ (live strong estimates 1500 I think that might be a bit high)
Total Calories consumed: 1700 ( I had a few more since I worked out so much!)
