11/25

I did well today, no workout since it is Sunday, But I did well eating. Tonight I will be figuring out my meal plan for the week.

Total Calories: 1170


Goal next week is to do really well with my diet. I will have one modified free day. I want to keep to good percentages of protein, carbs and fat. (40% carbs, 30% protein and fat)
