Today went pretty well. I was up at 4:45 to feed Tioni, and when she went back to sleep instead of going back to bed for 30 min until my alarm went off, I went to 5:30am spin class. It was a really good class. I just did 30 min of weights tonight.

I will be doing a good weight workout tomorrow morning and spin tomorrow evening.
