11/20

Today was a great day. As I was counting my calories tonight I realized that with the amount of calories I burned, 1500 calories was not quite enough. So I did have a few more calories tonight.

Workouts for today: 60 min Lower body, shoulder and back weight circuit with a friend.
                                60 min Spin Class! Elaine works my butt off!

Total Calories burned: 1450
Total Calories Consumed: 1640

Tomorrow I will do 2 Workouts!
