Total Calories (estimated) 2000 I really tried to watch what I was eating, but it was thanksgiving so it is ok!

Workout: 45-50 min back, Arms and Abs 60 Min Bicycling
Total Calories: about 1600
I will be back on track tomorrow! I have another good workout planned in the morning!
