Workouts today:  30 min Treadmill (10 min of interval running at 3% incline, Walking at 18% incline) And
                            15 minuets Spin bike
                            Arms: 15 min  Lower body weights 45 minuets

Food: Egg White Shake (chocolate PB)
          Protein bar (homemade), Apple and Carrots
          Cookies from Elaine
          Chicken Cacciatore
