7am Protein shake chocolate banana
12pm black beans and ham
4:30 work out 50 min Cardio plus cookie from Elaine
7:00 Chicken and rice stir fry
8pm Oreo's

Today went well I had about 50% carbs (due to the sugar consumed) which is not something I want to get in the habit of it. I am so disappointed I have not seen more results so I need to do better at doing EVERYTHING I can. I am just frustrated that my hard work is not showing in results.
