11:00am oatmeal and apple
12:00 abs-15min
2:30 egg shake
4:00pm 30 min upper body weights 40 min cardio
7:00pm Spinach salad and turkey patties ( see pics)

 Today was ok, I should have woken up to go to the gym this morning, Tioni was just really restless last night. If she sleeps good tonight I will go in the morning.

The turkey patties have brown rice in them, and I actually had 4 of them, only 2 were cooked at this time. I only put cheese on these 2.
