5:45am lower body weights and Cardio 
7:00am Protein hot cocoa and oatmeal
12:00pm black bean and chicken corn tacos
6:00pm Sauna at work 350 calorite
8:30pm Egg shake chocolate banana

Total Calories 1550
Total calories burned 700



Today was OK, I didn't go back to the gym tonight but did get in our sauna at work for a detox and it burns calories. I have been really frustrated and need to have and attitude adjustment!
