I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

Day # 4
Today was a rest day, I didn't workout at all. We were out of town for a baby blessing so I didn't make the best food choices. But I have every intention of being back on track tomorrow!
