I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

Day #11
Today went just as planned! I ate pretty light! Back on track Tomorrow! I will only be working out once tomorrow but I will try to do a longer workout weights and Cardio in the evening! ~Tashina
