I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

Today was a good day, I did go to the Gym and did 30 min of Cardio, I had about 1700 Calories. So all in all a good day. Tashina
