I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

Today went as Planned, I only did 30 min of cardio after work. I was good with my diet, Consumed 1510 Calories burned 360 calories. Tomorrow I will work out twice! ~Tashina
