I have been overweight most of my life, in December 2009 I decided to change that! See first post for much more information. I am currently 88lbs and over 22% less body fat than I was then. I am getting to my goals!

Today went fairly well. I worked out this morning with Zoey, 30 min of lower body weights with 30 min of biking, tonight I did 30 Min of Hiit training. Total calories consumed: 1518 Calories burned: 650
