Day #1

Today was a pretty good day. I worked out at 6am with my friend Zoey. We did upper body weights for about 40 minuets and 20 minuets of cardio. After I finished work at about 7:30pm I went back to the gym for another 30 minuets of cardio (biking today). I consumed and estimated 1760 calories which was just within my goal. I need to improve on my water consumption which will be my additional goal for tomorrow.  My stats for today were: 1760 calories, 50 minuets of cardio and 40 minuets of weights. I weighed 210 lbs this morning. I am off for the night to finish writing my meal plan for next week so I can have my meals prepared.  ~Tashina
